Job Requirements: Four year Bachelor's Degree with a license/certification in Physical Therapy or register eligible. Must have organizational, verbal, interpersonal, customer relations skills, BLS, and have a valid driver's license with valid liability insurance.

 

Job Description: The staff PT demonstrates critical thinking skills, scientific judgement and leadership in the anticipation and planning for the Home Health patient. The Physical Therapist is responsible and accountable for the evaluation, planning, directing, and provision of PT services to Home Health patients with the aim of restoration of function in accordance with State PT Practice Act, Code of Ethics, Physician orders, recognized PT techniques, policies, procedures, established standards and administrative policies.
