Job Requirements: Four years Bachelor's Degree with an Arkansas license/certification in Physical Therapy. BLS and CPR certifications required. Must have organizational, verbal, interpersonal, customer relation's skills, and work under stress situations with strong documentation skills. Strong computer skills. New graduate acceptable. Will accept a PTA.

 

Job Description: The staff PT demonstrates critical thinking skills, scientific judgment and leadership in the anticipation and planning for the care of the patient. The staff PT is responsible and accountable for the evaluation, planning, directing, and provision of PT services to patients with the aim of restoration of function in accordance with State PT Practice Act, Code of Ethics, Physician orders, recognized PT techniques, policies, procedures, established standards and administrative policies. Must be able to work independently, have sound judgement, and be able to work with a variety of diagnoses and patient ages.
