Job Title: Medical Transcriptionist - Health Information Management

Job Requirements: One to three year's exerience as a Medical Transcriptionist. Typing skills 75 words-per-minute with through knowledge og medical terminology and anatomy. Certified Medical Transcriptionist preferred but not required. Test will be given at interview.

 

Job Description: Interprets and transcribes dication by physicians and other health care professionals regarding patient assessment, workup, therapeutic procedures, clinic course, diagnosis, prognosis, etc., in order to document and facilitate delivery of healthcare services. Monitors and prioritizes work types via digital dication, management console and transcription.
