The South Arkansas Center on Aging (SACOA) Health and Education Center is dedicated to improving the lives of older adults in the area. By providing healthcare and education, SACOA can be an integral part of a person’s successful journey through the aging years. The Senior Health Clinic offers services in an environment designed for individualized care. Its goal is to treat the whole person and devote the time needed to deal with complex issues older adults may face.
A specialized team from the Medical Center of South Arkansas, with access to the hospital’s vast array of services, provides its expertise and skills to the clinic. This team includes physicians (internists and geriatricians), and advanced practice nurse, nursing staff, social worker, pharmacist, dietitian and other healthcare professionals. |
