Women's Services
New beginnings are important at Medical Center of South Arkansas. Expectant mothers labor, deliver and recover with trained and experienced labor and delivery nurses who focus on making the birth experience as comfortable as possible. Advanced monitoring equipment keeps the physician and nursing staff apprised of the medical condition of both mother and baby throughout labor and delivery. Special educational programs including prenatal care, childbirth, sibling readiness, infant CPR and breastfeeding prepare the family for their new addition.
NEW Digital Mammography
Now, you can have all the advantages of digital mammography without leaving town. MCSA is the first in the area to bring you this advanced technology, which provides clearer images and faster results. Furthermore, all results are read by a group of skilled radiologists. Why would you need to go anywhere else?
